User Agreement

1. Description of Service
   The platform provides access to digital services and features. The main functionality is available for free to all users (free-to-play). Additional options and features can be activated at the user's discretion after voluntarily topping up the account balance.

2. Terms of Use
   Registration on the platform and the use of its main features are free. The user may, at their discretion, purchase access to additional conveniences, extended features, or personalization.

3. Payments and Refunds
   All payments are made voluntarily. Replenishing the balance is not a mandatory condition for using the platform. Refunds are possible only in case of a technical error, upon user request.

4. Limitation of Liability
   The administration is not responsible for interruptions in operation caused by external factors, as well as for the actions of users who violate the terms of use.

5. Changes to the Agreement
   The administration reserves the right to update the terms of this agreement. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version of the terms.

6. Disclaimer of Affiliations
   The platform is an independent project. We do not collaborate with or have any affiliation with any game developers, publishers, or rights holders. All names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational purposes.
